The Summit Seeker AR Individual Race Prep is a single-day master class to provide you with an overview of the skills necessary to be successful in the Summit Seeker Adventure Race (SS-AR) on September 28, 2024.
 
This day includes an introduction to navigation using orienteering and topographic maps - stay found while you are on course! We'll also take a look at the gear necessary to race and be efficient while trekking and mountain biking (personal mountain bike necessary). We'll also provide you with an overview of the basics of rappelling - a new competency introduced for the 2024 version of the SS-AR.
